The price is on the website
One fee to build it, one small amount a month to keep it going. Both are on the pricing page in plain numbers. No "contact us for a quote".
It stays simple
Need a price changed or a new photo added? Email me and it's done. No dashboard to learn, no contract tying you in, no surprises on the bill.

I'm new to this, so instead of showing you other people's websites, I've built three complete sample sites for made-up businesses. They're fully working — click through them like a real visitor would.
£300 to build. Then £25 or £55 a month.
The £300 covers designing and building your site and getting it live. After that you pick a monthly plan.
£25 a month keeps the site live, secure and working — the technical upkeep, handled.
£55 a month does all of that and means I make any changes you want, whenever you want them. New prices, new photos, updated hours, a new service — you email me and it's done.
I'm not an agency. Just me, building you something clean and quick that works on a phone, at a price that makes sense for a small business.
